Information processed on the website
Log Files: Like most conventional web servers, we follow standard practice of using log files. These files record visitors as they visit our websites. The information collected includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, and referring/exit pages.

Local storage: The contact form's send limit, which prevents abuse, only stores the send times in the browser's memory. No advertising or analytics cookies are required to use the counters. localStorage

Data processed in the Android application
Local data: The Viikkonro application does not require a user account and does not include cloud synchronization. Language, theme and other application settings, weekly notes and widget selections are stored locally on the device. They are not sent to the Viikkonro server. The data can be deleted by clearing the application data or deleting the application.

Google Analytics for Firebase: The Android app collects information about your app usage, such as views opened, navigation, app version, and device and operating system technical information. This information is used for aggregated usage analysis and app improvement.

Firebase Crashlytics: The production version can send crash reports, error logs, app version, and device and operating system technical information to help find and fix technical issues.

Google Mobile Ads and Consent Management: An ad may be displayed on the home page of an Android app. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device technical information, ad interactions, and consent choices to serve, limit, measure, and personalize ads based on user choice. When Google requires consent, ad serving is not initiated until the UMP allows ad requests. Privacy settings can be returned to in-app settings when Google requires choice management.

The application does not request location, contact, calendar, camera or microphone permissions. Calendar and week functions work with the data packaged in the application even without an internet connection.

5. Google AdSense, Google Mobile Ads and Advertising Tags
This site may display Google AdSense ads. Google is a third-party advertising provider that, at your option, may use cookies or other local storage to serve, limit, measure, and personalize ads. Microsoft Clarity usage analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand site usability, technical issues, and user interaction. Clarity provides aggregated usage metrics, heat maps, and session recordings, among other things. The information is not used to modify counter results, and Clarity does not prevent site functionality.

Consent API V2 signals analytics_Storage: deniedand are passed to Clarity before the user opts in . In this case, Clarity does not set analytics or advertising cookies and operates in a limited cookie-free mode, where individual page loads and basic interactions can be processed without a persistent cookie session between pages. Recipients and storage of data
The technical delivery of the service is provided by Vercel and Cloudflare. Contact messages are processed by Web3Forms and usage analytics are processed by Microsoft Clarity. If AdSense advertising is enabled and the necessary consent has been given, Google and the ad technology providers listed in the CMP may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.

Google is the technical service provider for Android app analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and consent management. Google may process data in accordance with its own retention periods and privacy policies. For more information, please see the Google Privacy Policy .

Server logs are retained according to the service providers' own retention periods. Contact messages are only retained for as long as necessary to process the case. Local transmission times are only used to calculate the hourly transmission limit; entries older than that are deleted upon the next form use. You can also delete the data by clearing your browser's site data. According to Microsoft, Clarity session recordings are typically retained for 30 days. Aggregated click and heat map data, as well as tagged or sampled recordings, may be retained for up to nine months.

Your rights and withdrawal of consent
