HLS Player opens HLS (.m3u8) streams directly in Firefox instead of downloading them.

It provides a clean local video player with persistent playback settings:
• Seamless mode for a clean, borderless player view
• Video controls can be shown or hidden
• Display / Ratio modes: Best fit, Fill, Original, Native, 16:9 and 4:3

Playback uses Firefox's native HLS support when available and otherwise the bundled hls.js library.
All player settings are stored locally in Firefox. The extension has no accounts, analytics, telemetry, remote code, or developer-operated service.
